Full Journal pdf2012-04-15 House Journal Page 2524 SB 182 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 14, 2012, calendar (page 2448), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 182(FIN) "An Act amending the amount of state funding provided to school districts for pupil transportation; relating to the local contribution for public education; relating to the vocational and technical instruction funding factor for public school funding; establishing in the Department of Education and Early Development a voluntary parent and early childhood education program for pre- elementary aged children; and providing for an effective date." Representatives Lynn and Herron moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 182(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 182(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
